A result of separating the best from the best “St. Sebastian” is a play on our fellow co-founder’s name and the St. Emillon area where the blends are a majority Merlot. 2015 was a phenomenal vintage for Merlot and “St Sebastian” is our offering to those of you who have supported “Gold Reserve” its brother wine in this vintage. Also a premium Bordeaux inspired blend “St. Sebastian” has some of our favorite Merlot barrels, each of which have complimentary attributes from slight black pepper tones to luscious fruit and wild forest aromas.
