We used 100% new French oak on this beauty. This “2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve” was intended for our “Gold Reserve” label but when Sebastian, our co-founder first barrel sampled it, he offered to buy the whole barrel for himself. After his excitement subdued for a short while he realized that the right thing to do was to share it with you, our valued wine club member.
